National Association of Realtors Headquarters is a 12-story Class-A office building located at 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW in downtown Washington, DC. Completed in the fall of 2003, this striking, award-winning building was the first newly constructed building in the District of Columbia to meet LEED Silver standards set by the U.S. Green Building Council. CAS Engineering provided civil engineering and land surveying services. Stormwater management incorporates a rainwater collection system that provides irrigation for rooftop landscaping. The building was designed by Stephen M. Banigan Architects and constructed by Lawrence N. Brandt, Inc.
